Assisting the head sommelier in all areas, team player with good initiative, knowledge of wines and foods required. customer service and abiltiy to recommend wines 
 
Chef de Partie £17,000neg + gratuities 
Daily duties include all areas of preparation in the Kitchen. You will need to be a good team plalyer. 
 
Commis Chef £12,000 + gratuities 
Assisting with general prep in the kitchen. Good team player willing to learn. 
 
Chef de rang £16,000 neg + gratuities 
Working in team, taking orders, knowledge cheeseboard. 3AA rosette or michelin experience required. 
 
Kitchen Porter £6.00 per hour 
 
Accounts person (pay negotiable) 
One day per week, knowledge of sage to input accounts and pay bills.
