The ground floor is lively with an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work. Burton Race and his head chef Robert Spencer show polished skill and self assurance, with great respect paid to the simple treatment of food. The kitchen is a shop window for all local, regional and seasonal produce. The 1st floor dining is more intimate with a calm and sophisticated feel. 
 
On the 2nd floor is an impressive cocktail lounge where you can sit back, relax with a drink and canapés whilst watching the boats go by on the river.
